Hello,

This semester I didn't do so well academically. I am transferring to a different school next year and I was wondering is there anyway to withdraw from my school last minute?

I was thinking I could choose not to transfer my final transcripts to my new school and say I withdrew from my previous school. Do you think that will work?

What reasons may a University withdraw from school last minute?

Thanks in advance!

I think you may have meant to say–What reasons may a student have to withdraw from a school last minute?

Are you being treated for anxiety or depression? This is a reason for a student needing to withdraw very late in the semester. You may want to discuss this with a councelor at your school.

I also think you should post this on the parent forum. There are many knowlegeable parents that could advice you.

Yes I’ve been seeing a therapist for depression… What would I get on my transcript?(W’s or Incompletes?)

You have to talk to a dean at your school to learn specifics, but there is such a thing as a medical withdrawal. If classes already ended (even if finals aren’t over), it may be too late. Go ASAP.
