<p>Hi, I'm currently taking statistics course but i thought that it was too easy and decided to drop it after I passed statistics proficiency exam (this waves statistics credits). </p>

<p>But if I drop it now, I will have W in my record because the registeration date is already passed.</p>

<p>I heard that W is bad when I apply to law school in the future.But if explain that i passed the statistics proiciency exam that saved my credits and didn't have to take the course, will they understand this circumstances?</p>

<p>P.S: I already took statistics in other college and got a A</p>

<p>No offense but first off why the hell would you sign up for it, i think it would be stupid to drop it because there is absolutely no proof that you passed it, to the adcoms it would look like you dropped it because you were doing poorly. Then when you tell the adcoms you dropped it because you did too good they would probably think you are an idiot. Just keep the class and get another A on your gpa.</p>
