Hi guys, I’m wondering if I need to include my INTERNATIONAL school that I went to.
I’d rather not disclose that I went there for several reasons.
Does Admissions know every school i’ve been, even outside the USA?
How do they know?

You need to disclose because it is the question they are asking. If they do find out, they could strip you of your credits and degree. Don’t mess around with this. Tell the truth on your application.
Even if its international, is there a database they look at?
It will be a gambleIf you are an honest person you will include it. If you are a dishonest person you won’t. But it may come back to hurt you later as @intparent mentioned.

Are you asking if it’s OK to cheat-- to omit information they want-- because you’re not sure you’ll get caught?
The answer is no. Even if you’re international. Even if they never find out. It’s still not OK.
