Withholding Transcripts Advice

Hi I was wondering if there was anyway around the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), or if anyone had any advice for my situation.

I attended BYU and did poorly and got 1 A, 1 B, and 2 F's as I hated where I was at and was planning on dropping out and enlisting. After consideration I decided to try again and took Community College (CC) courses the past 2 semester and finished with a 3.9 for 30 credit hours.
For fall 2013 I hope to be at the University of Utah with my transferring 3.9 CC hours without my BYU GPA.

This semester I sent my CC transcript to Kansas state but withheld my BYU transcript to test my admission success. I recieved a letter requesting my BYU transcript and wrote off Kansas State to keep plotting. But recently I recieved a letter from Kansas State announcing my admission and acceptance into their honors program.

This however seems a small hurdle as I want to go to medical school which would bring this stress again. Im wondering if anyone has any idea on how to block transcripts or if I am over estimating the NSC. Iv read on how to place information holds on college transcripts and I feel confident there is some sort of loophole, after all it is held under some government regulations.
Attending BYU summer classes to redo the classes is not out of the question but id rather save my time and money.

Please withhold comments about morality or character, I act on how I feel and never deal with emotions.

No. There is no way around this. For the rest of your life you are going to have to send those old ugly transcripts.

Please do take comfort in the simple fact that a lot of us have old ugly transcripts. What matters more is your new good ones.

It isn’t just a moral issue; it is a legal one, especially if you intend to apply for federal loans. You could face fraud charges (and convictions). You also run the risk of KS expelling you (and having to pay tuition anyway).

It isn’t THAT big a deal that you had those F’s. You have proven your ability to do well in college classes. Talk to the admissions people at KS as soon as possible.

Then you’re in good company, there’s no agency more emotionless and driven for accuracy than AMCAS as they review your med school app :).

Do you see any internal logic issues with this statement?
