without completing prereqs?

Hello. Is it possible to get admitted into UCI without completing all of their pre reqs? like sociology for example. I mean seriously...I think UCI is demanding too much for some of the majors=/

Also, if there's only like 3 prereq classes i have to take for UCLA(to transfer), it would be bad to receive even one "B" from one of those classes. rite? :(

for the lower UC it isn’t mandatory, it is for UCLA and UCB even if it’s not offered at your CC.

there are usually some mandatory prereqs for UCI, for econ for example, you MUST do Econ1 and econ2 and calc1 and calc2, no exceptions.

Actually, xelink, I was accepted to UCB w/o even taking 1 english class…

Plenty of other majors like engineering or biology get accepted to Cal/UCLA without completing some of their pre-reqs before transferring as well because not all of the classes articulate and there are just way too many of them.

okay thank you everyone!!:)

actually wait. then what about the grade part (my 2nd question)?
