Wm Vs. Gwu-elliott

QUESTION
I got into The College of William and Mary, and I'm still going to major in International Relations. For UNDERGRADUATE, which one should I choose? GWU-Elliott or the tough undergraduate system of the College of William and Mary?

i'm having the same issues with NYU or Gwu-elliot.

eewwhhhh....don't go to NYU for IR you have to apply to the program when you're a sophmore...and its very hard to get in to(b/c it maintains a very small size)----seriously you need to research this if you haven't already

really? thats very interesting, thanks a bunch for that info! im clueless as to how it all worked.

both gw and w&m have great programs. if you feel like you are more of a city person, go with gw. if you want the 'typical college campus' go with w&m.

and, if you end up not receiving money from gw...you'd save almost 15,000 a year going to w&m. and if you like w&m just as much as you like gw, saving $60,000 is a major plus!

marlene here's the link and an excerpt....this is what scared me away from nyu:
"Because the international relations program is an honors major, it is expected that students will maintain a G.P.A. of 3.65 or better throughout their time as a major and complete an honors thesis in their senior year. As the program is demanding, the number of students who can be admitted is limited to 25 to 30 per year. Therefore, interested students need to submit a formal application, by October 15 of their sophomore year. "

wow, i didnt know ANY of this before. def leaves me with a lot of questions and research to do. thank you!!!!!
