Wolverine Access?

What exactly is WA? and what are the benefits of having an account?

Wolverine Access is the student portal for access to the University of Michigan student information system. You use WA to view your application status see when materials are received, if everything’s been received, and view your admissions decision when available. And if you’re admitted, you’ll use it to check your grades, register for classes, handle financial aid, etc, etc, etc.

There aren’t really any “benefits” so much as it is mandatory if you become an admitted student… and it’s highly recommended for applicants, as your admissions decision will (if everything goes right) be available for viewing online before you receive your official letter.

ohhh, so where do i go to sign up :D

where exactly do I go from WA if im a propsective student. Do i create a guest account?

Try following these instructions. [University of Michigan - Office of Undergraduate Admissions](Application Status | University of Michigan Office of Undergraduate Admissions)

How often is WA updated for decisions? i would assume that once they decide they would rather do it in a batch then each one individually when they decide? Could i expect maybe a weekly, biweekly basis or what? waiting on transfer decision…

I’d expect a release of transfer decisions every Friday… (maybe the occasional mid-week release, especially near the end).
