"Woman says she's too 'educated' to be kicked off New York train" (NYU)

Let's hope the students on CC don't turn out like this... woman.

Article:

Woman says she’s too ‘educated’ to be kicked off New York train - Yahoo! News

She has been identified. I dunno if it's PC to post her name here, but her LinkedIn profile does say NYU Graduate lulz

Awesome, more reason for “real america” to hate the educated “elitists”.

If I was the conductor I would have said I graduated from Harvard with a graduate degree is “Commercial railway management systems” (Or some other BS degree)
Then wait and see where her argument takes her.

I don’t get why so many spam “GAHH, EDUCATED ELITIST PRI*KS!” She was raging really hard. Not every college person acts like that when they’re mad…

Anyway, fail on her part. Doesn’t bother me.

But guys! The train lady “axed” her to be quiet!

This just goes to show you that education is not equal to intelligence.

lol as if NYU merits calling oneself “well-educated”
more like “I have a lot of money”

//half-joke,half-truth

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/college-life/1163809-college-elitists-do-you-know-how-well-educated-i-am.html

I would hate to have to deal with someone like her on a daily basis.

Yeah, this isn’t at all elitist…

^ LOL.

Honestly, I think that lady’s being treated unfairly. Nothing about elitism; she was just defending herself, albeit in the worst possible way. Since when is swearing on a train a crime?!!

Disorderly Conduct

Because slightly non-standard dialects are somehow worse than being mean to people and harassing them for doing their job?

More like “I have a lot of debt.” The (traditionally upper-class WASP) establishments that are more likely to suit your fancy are somehow way less full of rich people, though, right? Ah, Harvard, haven of the proletariat…
