how many female undergraduates are majoring in computer science at Harvard?
how about for physics and chemistry?
thanks!

I'm not completely sure, but I had to read some statistics from my AP comp science class and I remember that it was about 25% for elite schools, so expect about that number.

EDIT:: In computer science, a growing gender gap - The Boston Globe

Yeah, I think computer science is skewed towards males at most schools. But remember, there is somebody who can change that. (hint: you)

My daughter said about 1/3rd of the people in most of her physics classes were women, but she's not sure how many of them were Physics majors.

I can guarantee that there will be atleast ONE in CS. Me! :)
