Women's World Cup -- who's watching?

Awake and a tiny bit nervous

Have to pass better.

Listening to the announcers tonight, you would have thought a draw was almost the biggest disaster ever for the USWNT.

We lucked out with the shot that hit the post. It could’ve been disaster, at least a sports disaster.

Like March Madness, the mantra is Survive and Advance. They managed to do that.

But we’re going to have to pick up our game to beat the other top teams…

Coaching not good. Tactics not good. Athleticism not good. Mentality not good. The USWNT has looked wobbly for a while now. Looking mediocre, at best.

If they keep playing like they have the past 3 matches, they will lose before the semis, maybe not even make it past their next potential opponent, Sweden.

France, Japan, Brazil, Sweden, Netherlands all have looked very good in the matches I’ve seen.

Wow, South Korea, hope the injury is not serious. (Being strecthered off😢).

Exciting matches this morning!

When your cheerleaders won’t cheer anymore, there’s a problem with the USWNT. This is what honesty looks like on television. We don’t see it often enough.

Kelley O’Hara has long been my USWNT crush. :purple_heart:

What a terrible way to lose.

That was brutal. I have lots of thoughts, but the main one is poor subbing. Rapinoe had nothing the whole tournament. I love her, but I’d rather win than see her play. Morgan also hasn’t shown a lot. Legacy players, but let’s pass the baton, please. Rodman, Williams, Girma, Smith. We are in good hands. Let them lead.

Who are you rooting for now? It’s Morocco for me. :morocco:

I bet on Sweden, but because it finished in PKs I lost the bet. The house made a lot of money on the match.

Japan and Spain.
