Wondering if my risky essay was the reason I didn't get in to some (Ivy) colleges?

I’ll read it. Lol don’t worry it’ll be like 6 years untill I apply to college. send it here :p

Looking at the opinions you gave guys, the OP will arrive at the conclusion that I’m the harshest essay critic that ever visited CC(which may be true, though  ).

Hi, can you please send it me? I’ll read it!!! along with the prompt, if u have it.

Could be. Certainly not ivy league material if you didn’t mix it up with your colleges, having your risky essay just at some schools. Then you’d have a better idea whether it was the essay or the rest of your package. Ever heard about “controls” in an experiment?

I’m interested in reading it.

I would like to read it.

I too would be happy to read it!

I’ve been wondering about this situation exactly. I have a risky essay topic that is really quite personal, but that I think could succeed at certain schools and not others… Is it possible to submit different essays for different schools? I would be really interested in this, as I’ll be writing my essay(s) this summer and have no experience with the common app.

I’ll read it, if you’re still looking for people.

I’ll read it. Just PM me.

Are you going to do a gap year or are you talking an offer. Why is it risky?

il read it .

If you still want I’d also be happy to read it!
