Wondering: NYU STERN or CAS?

Hey Guys this is just a quick quick chances thread because I'm deciding if it's worth it to apply early decision or not to NYU Stern or to Stern or CAs in general [Economics major is offered in both schools]. If I applied ED to Stern, do you guys think I would get in? (Note: This is just a quick chances estimate)

Question: If I applied to NYU Stern, for both ED and Regular Decision, would I get in? If so, would I get merit money? What about for CAS?

Major: Economics or Undecided (for admission reasons)
Unweighted Rank: Top 9%, Class of 500
GPA: 3.9 UW
APs: 12 by graduation; all 5's so far
SAT: 2260 (740 M, 740 CR, 780 W)
SAT IIs: WH (800), USH (800), Chem (780), Math II (770), Bio (630)
EC's: Very unique; national head of a 20,000+ member organization, SGA Pres, some other things. Internships, lots of achievments and such. Almost purely politically oriented.
Recommendations: One teacher will write an excellent and heart-warming unique recommendation, other will write a sort-of dry recommendation. Guidance counseler will write an ok recommendation because the one I had for the past 3 years is retiring this year.

Thank you all so much!

I think you're in at Stern ED, Stern RD, and CAS.
I think you should reach a little higher(Michigan Ross, Columbia Econ, Etc.)

I was thinking about Columbia as well but I am pretty pessimistic about my chances about getting in there

Bum p

Chances replies seem very slow this week

Chance me for this ONE (mabye columbia too) School and I'll chance yours! (Just post a link)

I knew I should have made a flashier title <_<

i'd say that you're in anywhere at NYU

Hey! I love Stern, actually my father went there, and I love the City so Stern was a no brainer to me in my decision to apply. Your raw test scores are pretty good, just right a good essay, nothing generic.
