Wondering...

Hello all,

I've been having this question in my mind for a while now...i have asked the most wisest teachers in my school and I’ve heard good and bad comments.

I currently go to high school with my older brother who is a senior, who believes that he shouldn’t work to hard because everything would go according to his plan. His plan is to go to community college for 2 years then transfer out to a university for the reminder of the 2 years. My history teacher has said that it could be done and my English “avid” teacher has said that only 2% has achieved that goal. :/

So my question is simple: Can you go to community college for 2 years then transfer out to a university? Could it be that simple?

Thanks in advance :)

Well, it depends on what community college, and what university. If you get like a 4.0, you can definitely get into some universities, just depends which universities... It's not easy to get a 4.0 though... But why doesn't your brother want to university first? If it's just because he doesn't want to work hard, I think I'd be hard for him to get a 4.0.... Correct me if I'm wrong! If he's hard-working, it should be no problem....

What schools does he want to trannsfer to?

MayKaren I'm sorry but in this case correlation is causation.

If you're not going to work hard in high school then you're not going to work hard in a community college unless there is a major break through in time management and motive.

You have to work hard NOW to do well LATER.
