<p>i am a current student at buffalo state college.
i am freshmen and i am applying to be a transfer student at Albany.
last semester i received 15 credits and 3.13.
Today i received a letter stating that in order for them to make a decison the need a mid-semster grades.
i was wondering is this normal, and whats my chances of getting into the school.</p>
