Woot i am so happy

Finished the 2 short essays and the first essay long one (only about 550 words though. Need to make it longer).

Now I am thinking about essay 2… i don’t know which one i should do and if I should make it so broad. Like “Taking The SATS for the first time” or something lol. I am really considering it. Any ideas for it? And also is length a big factor for essay 1?

Dude, you have a bunch of posts about your Penn app. I get that you are worried and want some help, but do a lot of it on your own. Noone is going to tell you what to do in the real world and you have to figure this stuff out on your own. You have had a bunch of simple questions about a lot of your apps.

Sorry for the small rant. Don't take it personally

Anyway, to answer your question, if you write about the SAT you will be rejected outright becasue noone wants to read about the SAT. You would have to make it really really really really interesting. Chances are, you cannot do that. Length is only a big factor for these essays if you are way over one page single spaced. Penn wants one page for each essay (hence page 217, it can only be one page). They will not kill you for going over, but if you are way over, it is not good.

You don't need to make the 550-word essay any longer...my essays were roughly 500-550 words each. Don't make it longer if it reads well now.

Write something you think you'd enjoy reading. Would you really want to read about some kid's first time taking the SATs? ...didn't think so.

unless it was a super fantastic fiasco involving poking badgers with spoons or something else insane...

if not, plz dont bother
