Is it okay to use the word “ungodly” in college essays?
I wanted to use it in this way,
“… spend an ungodly amount of time”
but I am unsure whether this is okay.
Yes. It’s a word, a very precise word.
Unless you are applying to heavy-duty Christian colleges, no one is going to blink an eye.
