Word limit frustration. 50 words feels impossible.

After some serious editing to a "where did you hear about us and why are you applying?" essay that has a 50 word limit, I am only down to 86 words... I really feel like I'll be losing something vital if I cut any more... I know that 36 words is a lot of extra baggage for an essay intended to be 50 words (74% over :(), but what do you think I can get away with? I don't think that they will sit there and count, but at what point do you think the extra words will be noticable? 75 words still too much? Can I get away with what I have?

Also, is anyone willing to read? Please, no current applicants. Grammar nazis are appreciated. ;)

Bump... Please help?

I'll have a look at it. I'm an '08er, but I've already written my essays. I could go into a whole rant about how I hate that people are so untrusting. Really, I don't believe that anything you say in your essay will fit for any of mine, just like anything I say in my essay's probably won't fit in any of yours.

So PM if you want. I am a grammar nazi. ^_^

Bump! !!!
