<p>I've gone through Wordsmart I and II and know most of the words in those two books.
I've heard that DH is the most effective vocab book. However, both volumes only have 400 words. So I was wondering whether most of the words from DH are also in the two volumes of Wordsmart. DH is quite expensive here, where I live, so I am not sure whether I should buy them or not.</p>

<p>Yes, all the vocabs (except for I’d say 5%) in the direct hits are also included in Wordsmart.
However, I suggest you study both the wordsmarts and directhits because the explanations differ by a bit and it’s a good review to study directhits after you go through wordsmart.</p>
<p>But it costs over $20 here in Germany T.T (just for one volume)

<p>yes, I think it is worth it to invest some money into SAT prep if you can get a better score by doing it.</p>
