Does really work experience matter???

I have looked at many schools' website. They all say that it's possible for college seniors to apply and get accepted into their MBA programs without any work experience!
( I am talking about the top schools like Harvard and Stanford etc,,)

Does work experience really make a difference???

Once again, the most ■■■■■■■■ question after “Does my undergrad major matter”
Yes, it matters. It is nearly impossible to get into a top program straight after college.if you are aiming for a less prestige school, however, things change. Not only it will be (nearly) impossible to get into a top 10 B-school, but even if you do, employers will be as interested in you as they would be if you only had an undergrad degree.
