<p>according to a couple of quick googles, illinois legal age is 18, so i would guess not?</p>
<p>ask your guidance/office at school because they generally have working papers if ur still a minor.</p>
<p>or is that something else (NJ might be different policy-wise)</p>

<p>It is 16 in VA, but I don’t know about Illinois.</p>
