Work study after coming over from a JC

I just wanted feedback on something thats been giving me some problems. I am a JC student that will be attending UCLA soon, but I left my work study as undecided. At orientation, some speakers said that econ11, 41, and management1a would be difficult if taken at the same time. With that in mind, I am unsure about whether or not I should attempt to get a job while going to UCLA. I will have to deal with those three classes as well as the quarters system, which I did not have at my JC. If you were me, what would you do? Play it safe and stay with the books or dive right into a job + ucla?

Thanks for your input!

accept the work study. just because you accept it in your eFAN does NOT mean you have to work. i accepted work study last year and i didnt work. no penatlies or reprocussions at all (you just dont get the money obviously).

i suggest seeing how the class load is for a week or two before trying to find a job if you're not sure. plus, you can always quit if you find that you cant handle both.

Good idea. Ill be sure to do that.
