Work-Study Setup?

This question is directed at anyone who has set-up or knows someone who has set-up a work-study in the past: I was offered a work-study with my financial aid package, but I can't find where I'm supposed to sign up for it, or a site outlining what to do about it. Am I just too early and should I wait for email notifications or is there something I should be doing now?

I’m not sure if you can sign up now, but you could start thinking what job you would like and contacting those departments. My friends who have had work study have worked in the library, cafeteria, and as teaching assistants (upperclass). You could also contact the financial aid office to ask what steps you should be taking.

Many jobs on campus can also be found at the following link:

According to Financial Services all available work study positions are posted on this site.

Thank you so much for the links!! =D

Are there any jobs that you guys would either recommend, or recommend that I avoid?
