is the average job enough to pay week to week expenses?

In terms of your question of how hard is it to get the job, It’s not difficult. Work-Study actually comes with your financial aid package. The only down-side is that all the money goes to help pay for your financial aid. So I guess you’d have to find another job if you want some money for your own personal use.

wrong and wrong

the fact that you are allocated work study in your financial aid package does not guarantee you a job in any way…you still have to go out and look for one

the money does NOT go to paying anything…you get the money and its up to you how you want to use it.

…the reason none of us answered your question initially is because a 5 second search would’v brought up at least a couple of threads that answer your question exactly …try it next time!
