<p>Is anyone thinking/going to work part-time in their first semester? For those who did, please share your experiences (Ex: the difficulty of balancing work and school). Thanks so much.</p>
<p>i am going to work 20 hrs/wk i think. maybe a lil longer on weekend than weekdays. I’m confident that i’ll be able to balance it with school. :)</p>
<p>I think you should hold off on getting a job in your first semester, just because you’re trying to adjust to the college life, make new friends, go to classes, etc., unless you’re in need of money. I’ll be applying for a job for the winter semester though, hopefully at the Blue Apple.</p>
