Hey, I've been working at best buy here in oregon for the past 2-3 months now and I saw that there is a best buy literally right next to ucla.. is this place very accessible.. as in accessible enough for me to work there often?

Plus, do you guys know how many ppl do actually work outside of asucla that are from ucla and have no car?

I'm just hesitant if I should work for asucla or go and take my chances and keep working at best buy (and get the discounts woot).

Well, there is, but it's reeeeaaally not far. I don't necessarily think it'd be worth taking a bus, or if there would be any point, but I suppose you could see where they stop. You'd still have to walk at some point, either to or from the stops depending on which line it is. So meh.

But really, from Ackerman, it's a 10 minute walk down Westwood. Not far.

i think the only busses that run by the dorms (on gayley next to the rape trail) and into westwood are Metro busses. $1.25 per ride. not worth it.

if you guys have legitamate work exdpereince, like in administrative assistance or accounting or something to that effect, you can find some AMAZING jobs on campus that pay like 16 $ an hour.

i second the fact that retail sucks
i just had my interview at a financial company from monstertrak.. i hope i did well. but probably not. i dont interview very well...... even though i did manage one time to get a really amazing job.
