Working At It!

Hello I'm a soon to be junior, and I messed up horribly my sophomore year in the IB program I was wondering if my chance at the the following colleges are unrealistic?
UCLA
USC
Carnegie Mellon
NYU
UCI
UC Berk

My Gpa freshman year un-weighted both semesters were 4.0 with 25 hours of comm service
1st semester sophomore year g.pa. was 3.0
Alg 2 hnrs/myp- C+
Chemistry hnrs/myp- A
World History A.P- B
Language Arts MYP- B
Spanish 3- C
Waterpolo/P.E- A(of course)

2nd Semester g.p.a un weighted 3.5
Math alg 2 myp- C+(79.6!!!)
Chemistry myp-A
WHAP-A
Language Arts myp
Spanish 3-C
Track-A

Also this year I did do a personal project which took up 6 months of the school year at the same time, a 3ftx4ft painting of Van Goh's Starry Night. Also 30 hours of community service.

Junior Year I am currently working on :
-taking The SAT with a target goal 2300 (2000 on practice test)
-actively participating in 4 clubs which include JSA,Art Club, School Newspaper, and MESA(engineering club)
-continuing the I.B Diploma program
-competing in statewide architectural drafting competitions
-4 A.P classes
-Water polo again
-Track again
-Classes: Precal hnrs, IB lang, AP US History, A.P Spanish, IB Art & Design, Phsyics 1 hnrs,
keeping straight A's no matter what in these classes
-Also numerous nationwide art competitions
-I'm very adept at critical thinking and analysis

Will my junior year be astounding enough for colleges to overlook my sophomore year? And am I even aiming at the right colleges? I'm planning on majoring in Informatics or Information Technology

Your academics aren’t exactly stunning and critical thinking and analysis won’t be much of an advantage unless you put it to use on the SAT/ACT or classes.
But your ECs are decent for the colleges you’re trying to apply to.
So I’d say just improve yourself junior year, get a good SAT, maintain your ECs, and you’d have a shot
