Going to the gym and training for our upcoming baseball season has always been something my friend and I have done for 4 years. How can I list that in the "activities" section without making myself look dumb and making the admissions staff think I just put going to the gym as one of my ECs?

Anyone???

I wouldn’t list it separately. I would include it in the description (and calculate the “time spent”, weeks per year) for your Baseball EC.

So under Postition Held, I’d pick “Baseball, Varsity” (make sure you put Captain or Co-C here, if you were).
Under activity I’d put something like “Daily practice during season and twice a week conditioning during off-season”.

I’m not an expert so I’d love to hear if anyone has a better idea. Good luck.

Thanks. I just want to make sure it shows that I actually invested time in the activity and stuck with it. I’d hate for it to come off as me just adding it to my application for the sake of having more activities.
