Working Out in College

<p>Do it in 30 minute sessions. Walking vigorously for 30 minutes. Shooting baskets and retrieving the ball 30 minutes. Swimming for 30 minutes. Jogging for 30 minutes. Exercise should be part of your daily activities. Seems like you do no exercise at all so you need to do activities you find fun to keep you motivated.
