Working part-time while majoring in engineering?

I am planning on majoring in either Comp Sci/Comp Engineering/Info Systems. These are all engineering programs at my university.

Is it possible to achieve good grades as an engineering major while working 20 hours a week? Is it highly advised not to? I will be working 20 hours to pay for rent. I hope I am not too over my head by attempting this.

Thanks for any input!

I hope so cuz that’s what I plan to do once I transfer. Right now I’m taking just two classes at once each quarter while working forty hours a week, one science and one math. It was easier when I was doing calc I and introductory physics, now that I’m doing calc II and calc-based physics I barely have enough time to study the material.
