Working while in College

I just got through the first 3 days of summer session (today is 4th day) and I'm already dreading it. It's 7 weeks, and I'm taking 8 credits, which feels like 16 credits because of the accelerated nature of the summer session, and at the same time, I'm holding a part time job. In the past 3 days, I've logged in 14 hours, and today I expect 5 hours, and tomorrow, I expect 7 hours, which comes out to a 26 hour work week. I get weekends off. The thing is, I haven't been able to touch either of my classes because I don't have the time or I'm too tired.

The one class is an intro to Comp Sci and runs from 5 pm to 10 pm twice a week. Having never done any programming, this subject is new to me. I attend this immediately after work, and I find myself so mentally exhausted that I'm dozing off in class, or unable to pay attention. I'm looking to apply for a MS in Comp Sci for Spring 2013, so this class in an utmost importance. This HW would take me the longest since i have no idea what I'm doing and I have to peruse the text book and communicate with the teacher.

The other class is discrete maths, 9:30 am to 11:20 am four times a week. This class is more traditional, but the teacher works us hard.

I don't know what to do. If I keep working this much, I'm certain I will fail both classes, but at the same time, I need to keep my job. It pays well, for what it is. I think I need to cut back to 10 hours a week to be successful in class, but I don't think my boss will like that

Do you NEED to take summer classes? If so, can you drop down to one class?
