I know these classes require a lot of outside the classroom work, has anyone taken anything close to this or would like to comment on the workload? Do-able 4.0?

even though the schedule is so easy, its not likely that you’ll get an A in 125/126 lol =p
130 and 101 and physics lab are likely 4.0s; I personally think 140(and 240 later on) is the hardest course ive taken so far cuz i had no prior physics knowledge at all, but you should be fine.

again i dont really know you so its hard to predict

Physics 140 has a lot of busy work, depending on your teacher, but that shouldn’t take too long, and most of your grade depends on your exam scores. That’s the only class out of your list that I’ve taken.

You can get a 4.0 with any schedule…that always depends on the student.

1 easy ~ 5 hard
okay
130 is cakewalk, probably takes 3 ~ 5 hrs a week which includes the HW. make sure u study for the weekly quizzes though, i liked to slack so the quizzes killed me =p
rating 2/5

125/126, hm 3~5 hrs, inluddes team report+prelab assignment and reading which i never do, outside of class as well, not too bad cuz i skipped the lectures.
rating 4/5

140, 10 hrs cuz the HW is tough, everything’s tough. physics is the only course that I cannot hack so ask others about their opinions. and google comes in handy sometimes
5/5

101 is sweet, first few projects out of the 8 are easy, so first few weeks basically have no work at all.
then projects get harder and midterms roll around, it’s about 10 hrs/wk, not too bad at all. Debugging can be a pain though-- I almost went insane once cuz it was so frustrating.
3/5

I’ve taken 101 only … not a bad class. Some teachers are harder than others.

It does help if you’ve done programming before.

A 4.0 is definitely hard to get … but not impossible. Keep in mind that in high school it was easy to get As … but now the average Michigan student is probably smarter than the average person in your high school. Try your best! Good luck…

Secondly, I believe square was replying to you, telling you that MHailJ is a rising sophomore, but originally wasn’t engineering.

I thought 101 was more time consuming than that, but otherwise I’ll go with what was said before. I always debugged very inefficiently, so it took longer for me than for others.
