Hi, so I'm going to be in the class of 2014 at JHU and I was wondering whether this was an ok course load.

Macroeconomics, Chem I, Calc I, Fiction&Poetry, Bio Freshman Seminar

I took IB Chem HL, but I want to cover the material to be safe. Also, I don't know whether to take a course on economics or international relations (specifically east asia).

The Macro course will def. be interesting. Chem/Bio/and Calc One, I hear are difficult at JHU (intro science courses tend to be difficult at JHU). I don’t know about the writing course.

^ friend at JHU took the bio seminar/chem I/calc as well and thought all were relatively easy, especially calc/bio seminar. chem I was also easy for him as he said most people who have background (IB/AP) usually go into orgo @ hopkins, so the ppl left aren’t as experienced
