<p>If Germany can find a way to get past Argentina, they'll be in the finals. Also, if they're good enough to beat Argentina, they have a pretty decent shot of winning the whole thing. I wouldn't be so sure about putting Brazil in the final either.</p>

<p>Klinsmann replaced Oliver Kahn as captain of the team (now it's midfielder Ballack) and also as the goalie for the first team (Jans Lehmann is the current goalie - he was the one in the match today against Sweden). It caused a lot of scandal in Germany, but Klinsmann insisted on it because he said something like wants a meritocracy and picked Lehmann b/c he's been doing very well recently, and will decide on the basis of current performance, not past performance/tradition. </p>
<p>Klinsmann had been getting a lot of flack from the Germans (he lives in Huntington Beach, CA) for his new ideas - and so was Podolski, before he silenced his critics today with his two decisive goals. I like the "new" German team and think they can go really far. Haven't seen Brazil at their full potential yet (or have we?) so can't really decide yet.</p>

<p>There is no way that Argentina is going to win against Germany, I mean Argentina almost lost against Mexico and had to go into OT. Their team is just not as good as Germany's.</p>
<p>Sure they are. Argentina didnot almost lose against mexico!!! haha :S Either way they won, so who cares. My money is on argentina. Vamos muchachos ( I'm not argentinian btw, but I'd rather see argentina win than the other teams).</p>
