i'm self studying for this
i have kaplan, but a lot of people suggest barrons and i was confused...do you mean barrons ap world history or sat II world history review book?
also i only have about a week to study for the test and its going to be intense time full of tests and projects at school, so if you think barrons requires a month to read then i'll pass

read barrons sat II WH;]

I was like you, reading the book in the 2 weeks before the exam and got 730.
just reading

so do you think i can read those 500 pages and learn something in a week?

I actually read the Barron’s AP WH book (because I had to take the AP World History exam). I felt that almost everything on the SATII WH test was covered in the book. I took a look at the SATII Barron’s book a few weeks ago, and it seemed fairly similar to the actualy AP WH book. And you can definitely cover everything in that book within a week. Just pace yourself properly (and i really don’t think the book is 500 pg, even if, at least 100 page is practice exams and/or diagnostic tests). If you really feel like you are out of time, study the ones that you don’t feel as comfortable or if you can’t really remember what haappened during that time period.
