World History Self-Study

Hi,

I’m now in pre-IB class and selected courses for next two years today.
I’ve choosen:

HLs: English B (compulsory), Math, Economics;
SLs: Polish A, Psychology, Computer Studies.

I’m thinking on applying to Ivies and so, need to take two SAT Subjects. I can take Math II and don’t know what else. Only thing left to me is self-studying to World History. Is this possible to maintain 700+ if never had much history, espacially world one? Which books/materials should I use? Or do I need to lose CS (selected just because I need to have something form this group, seems pretty easy to me, I won some local competitions) and have Biology/Chemistry and do them as SAT II?

Thanks.

Absolutely - the internet is the best resource for finding sources that give you a broad range of material to work from for self studying. There are a decent amount of sites out there that can help you to improve your overall score, but just to name a few, you can use the following to start.
