World History takers DEC 2013!

Who's taking World History in DEC? Not many people take it,it's offered on two dates only, and it's rumored to be a tough one!

Discuss how you're preparing, what you're focusing on, what you're skipping, what you know about the test format, etc.

I have the Barrons SAT subject test prep and the first question in the quizzes is ''list the following in chronological order'' and then matching (kind of like the first 20 bio/chem SAT questions..for those familiar). Is this reflective of the real test questions on the SAT ? Also, how common are pictures or quotes or analyzing information ?

Can't believe how hard this test is to study for .. it's so broad .. or is it ?

Bumping this for anyone taking World History in December!

im taking it, dying here. i finished kaplans, and i forgot everything. ***. legit no clue on what to do now.

I’m studying from Barrons, hope it’s enough for a 600 with no prior history knowledge

Got Barrons 10 days ago. I’ve read every page. I’m still NOT confident. I got 760 on the first model test, 700 on the 2nd. And i had known some of the answers from before because i had flipped to see the questions. Weird thing is i did a LOT worse on the PR tests.
I have prior Historical knowledge, but no course in it, because that’s not offered in India.
I will be ecstatic with a 750 and above, and cant study on the 4th and 5th as i have a school examination on the 6th ( sucks, i know)

I just finished Barrons … will do the mock test today (:

The SAT’s are specific in what they ask… it’s always much better to review sat-specific books and resources.
