I am an international high school student and I will be taking SAT Subject Tests in May/June this year. I am considering doing one of US History or World History but I am not sure which I should do. I have looked at past curves and World history seems to allow for about 5 more mistakes for an 800 but is this because the test is significantly harder. At school, I have covered parts of US history from 1920-70 but not much World history. I don't think taking practise tests in both is a good idea because I haven't learned any of the content yet. I am leaning towards taking US History because the content looks more interesting but out of the two tests which contains more content? Also, which books would people recommend for the content of the tests, on the Amazon review for Barron's reviewers say that the book assumes a year course in History so does that mean these books cover technique and not content?
