World Leadership Program

I've been invited to join the WLP for the Marshall school but I don't know much about it. Can anyone who has been in the program shed some insight?

I know basically that it's a collection of the top achieving Marshall students and they have a trip to Hong Kong and Shanghai?

Thanks for your help

It is a new program that sounds amazing if you’d like to study around the world, I would think your best bet is to check the website or call the program office.

rocnation,

Is this the Global Leadership Program? Has the name been changed? The Global Leadership Program has been a highly selective special feature in Marshall. It is by invitation only. Students are enrolled in a Leadership Colloquium for the first year. During the second semester during spring break the GLP participants travel to China (cities may vary). On the trip students have met with business executives from regional and/or international companies.

Perhaps a student who has been a part of GLP can add to this post.

I thought OP was talking about the World Bachelors in Business which is new this year

[World Bachelor in Business | USC Marshall School of Business](<a href=“Home - USC Marshall”>Home - USC Marshall)

Global Leadership is something else:

[Global Leadership Program (GLP) | Undergraduate Students](http://students.marshall.usc.edu/undergrad/international-programs/glp/)

First actually studies abroad longer term (3 locations over 3 years or something like that), I believe the GLP takes trips, but not long term… OP seems to combining these thus the confusion…but details on links.

I meant the global leadership program. I didnt apply for WBB, although in hindsight, I wish I did.

If you don’t mind rocnation951 - when did you get invite and what are your stats?
I heard GLP goes to Asia and LINC goes to many places and is open to all Marshall trips abroad first year. GLP may have specific courses you have to take tho.

I was invited at my explore USC session for the presidential scholarship.
