Worried about getting into college

I know I'm only a highschool freshman and it's probably too early to begin worrying about this but...
The school year's almost over and exams are going on. I'm scared to death that I failed my chemistry and computer science exams, mainly because I didn't keep track of the 2 hours we had. In these classes I went A B, but I've been told that getting an E on the final means retaking the class.
I'm in the magnet program at Blair and I really want to go to University of Maryland (with a scholarship), but based on my grades I'm not sure I can.
My GPA before this quarter a 3.71, but this time I got straight Bs with 2 As.
Not sure what my GPA will be after this, and I know for sure I'll never get a 3.9, but I still want to know if it's possible to get into UMD with a scholarship.
If not I'm going to have to go to Montgomery college for 2 years and then transfer, since it'll be cheaper.
Also is it possible to apply to a different college (M.I.T, Harvard, etc) after 2 years in a community college even if you're enrolled in a Transfer Advantage Program? Just curious about this one.
SO to sum it up my goal is to go to University of Maryland with full/almost full scholarship, but I'm worried because of my poor grades Freshman year. C's aren't too bad, are they? D:
