<p>I don't think you are in danger either. 3.54 is a very nice GPA. One C is not a big deal, especially if they already say it will transfer.</p>

<p>kindofblue - as far as I know. USC doesn't care what you get in Spring as long as they don't ask you for Spring Grade Cards.</p>
<p>Too bad I'm not applying to USC.</p>
