i have about a 3.75 gpa at a very competitive public high school at the end of my sophomore year... i am taking challenging courses and for extra curriculars so far i have:

-an internship this summer
-volunteer experience helping disabled children with therapeutic horseback riding since i ride myself
-played tennis freshman and soph year for school (JV)
-ran track soph year (JV again)
-started a club at school this year raising money for an organization that helps children with childhood cancer
-staff writer (and hopefully editor senior year) for the newspaper
-yearbook staff member

next year i am taking: honors precalc, honors english, ap psycology, honors american history, french 4, honors latin 1, and physics.

i am very worried that since my GPA is not exactly where i want it be now that it will seriously hinder my chances of getting into the schools i want-- places like Boston College, Wake Forest University, Bucknell, University of Notre Dame-- schools like that

i havent taken the SATS yet but based on the PSAT i am looking at getting around a 2100-2200 on those

do you think i should be worried?
i know that i have to work very very hard next year to pull it up, and i definitely will, but is it too late?
