Worried about my gpa, please chance me

I'm really worried about my gpa, and to make matters worse my school uses a retarded scale ( A- is a 4.0, A is a 4.3 in regular classes and an A in an honors class is a 5.3.) The heavy weighting killed my class rank. Anyway, I'm a white male from NJ so please tell me what you think.

Your in, easy match man. UM, while they still count Frosh. year they dont consider it as heavily as Soph. and Jun. years because they know Frosh. year is pretty tough for everyone. Plus you have a great upward trend in your grades which is VERY good too!

“CEO of public company which makes Games/applications for facebook and Iphone”

Nice =P

This kid who goes to my church makes apps for the G1 Android, and he’s probably made 3-5 apps, and one of them has sold 20,000 copies for a couple thousand dollars for him XD.

Exciting.

im from NJ as well what high school do you go to?

How the hell are you a CEO of a public company? What company?

I think that alone (if really true) should get you in. And you weren’t weak from your other stats either. But a couple of other discrepencies?

You took Pre-Calc as a junior (and I assume you are a senior now…) how have you already taken the AP Calc test?

If you’re going for Ross I think you have a good shot.

LOL @ iPhone dev being a CEO. Nice try, though! Haha.

Anyways, don’t worry, you’re solid. The only thing I can see them possibly being curious about is the fact that you’ve got no AP/IB courses, but your high SAT score should offset that. Being OoS is an uphill climb, but if you’re ED, I wouldn’t sweat it. Good luck!

^If he runs a public company, he’s a CEO. Doesn’t matter what he’s doing as CEO of it. The fact that he went through the incorporation process and all of that is extremely impressive.

I’m well aware of the definition, but you don’t see many small-business owners toting around the title if not to glorify a relatively simple process. By that token, I’m a CEO :/

???

What company are you the CEO of?

“public company”…
Where can I buy shares in it?

I too would like to hear more about this “public company” the OP is CEO of.

you’re a CEO of a company that makes games/applications for FACEBOOK?

thats pretty ****ing big.
