Hello and Merry Christmas~!

I'm a senior in engineering in a very competitive major at our school... with a ~3.0 gpa (2.997).
My first year was horrible with a 2.5. However my GPA has been creeping up little by little to a 3.0.
During my senior year, I'm trying much harder doing 2 undergrad researches under 2 professors and have planned 2 internships for this winter and next year's summer (All of them are related to the field). I am trying my hardest to improve my GPA, but its simply not happening (3.1-3.3 is my limit range).

I am really worried about getting into graduate school or finding a job... especially because almost everyone's stats in CC are 3.5++.

Is it really that hard for a 3.0 kid trying to get into good grad schools or jobs?
