Worried - SAT

Hey guys im 16 and i wanted to know if i could be ivy league material or maybe just below that.
I'm versatile, i play four instruments (violin, piano, guitar and drums); i play soccer, i write poetry and wrote a 200 page novel alongside a few recognized and prized short stories; i read a lot and a lot of pure classics, i paint and draw at a pretty high level, i speak three languages (english, italian and spanish).
My sat scores are as follow:
Math 700
Writing 700
Reading 710
Tot: 2110
My gpa was at 3.61 and by the end of the year i estimate for it to oscillate between a 3.5 and a 3.63.
I won the obama prize for outstanding academic excellency every year, but then again i guess all good college applicants would have received that.
That's about it, could you tell me what colleges i might hope to attend and whether i have what it takes to get into, say, duke or cornell?

Hey man if you keep believing in yourself and tell yourself that you can do it, you can do it. There’s nothing that can come in between you and success.

Keep doing what you’re doing and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Your a great applicant for tons of schools, but your GPA is on the low side for the ivies. You’d need that to be in between the 3.8-4.0 UW range for those super top schools. Raising your GPA is going to be top priority. Your SAT is a tad low as well. But beyond that, your ECs should display a passion for something, showing drive and desire for hard work. Good luck
