It was by far the easiest quiz he gave us this year (it was mainly true/false), and I somehow I still bombed it and I studied the wrong section the night before - so yeah.

It bothers me that the teacher hardly gives any tests/quizzes. I guess I don’t have much of a chance to bring my grade up this quarter.

I got a 0% on a test that I actually took in 9th grade geometry.
I showed up 20 minutes late, didn’t know we were having a test, hadn’t read the chapter, hadn’t done the homework in about two months, and literally had no idea what it was on. I think I might have scribbled out some work for like half of the problems, but my teacher didn’t give partial credit so that was pointless.

ANYWAY, she really liked me (God knows why) and let me retake it for an 83%. Normally an 83 isn’t spectacular, but when you do 83 pts better on a retake than you did on the test, I think that’s pretty impressive!

A 9/20 on a French test… ouch that really hurt
A 2/7 on AP Cal test (hell I work my butt off there ! )
Got a C in art history because i forgot to turn in a packet …

Chronic laziness means I’ve gotten a 0 homework check grade a few times… oops
Other than that, the only bad grade I can remember was from middle school, when my social studies teacher assigned us a project to make individual page-sized maps of EVERY COUNTRY IN EUROPE. We had to color them in too. I worked so hard on that project and then she gave me a 70 b/c my coloring was sub-par, since I didn’t shade and colored in two different directions D:

I’ve gotten a 0 on a Physics quiz last year but they were 1-question quizzes, so either a 100 or 0.

My friend’s World History teacher used to give out negative marks. She would even boost a kid’s grade on an assignment from a 0 to a 3 because she thought it was funnier. LOL Thank god I didn’t have her and that she moved the next year.

This isn’t my worst grade, but I remember in sophomore year, I got a C+ on a history essay that I had worked hard on. Very, very, disheartening, because I had been proud of my work and thought it one of my better papers (and I take a bit of pride in myself as a writer as well). Cried a bit and ripped up the paper. Usually bad grades don’t trouble me too much if I feel like I deserved that grade.

So far this year, I has an AP Lit test, Calculus quiz, Honors Physics unit test and Honors Anatomy test all in one day. I did great on the AP lit test, got an A on the calc. quiz, got a decent grade on the Physics test. But by the time I got to Anatomy, I could not remember anything and everything I’d crammed for the class fleeted me, so I got a low C. Lowest grade on a test so far this year… xD

Sophmore year, I missed 2 weeks of Algebra 2, and the teacher made me take the unit test when I got back and I got a 67%. I was able to retake it, though. And raised it by 31%. Yay retakes >.<

Other than that, it’s been a healthy spattering of high A’s to mid B’s.

Perhaps the worst grade I’ve ever got on any assignment of significance was a 70 on a recent Pre-Calculus test. It tanked my grade, but it’s slowly rising; I’m not sure if it’ll rise back up to an A by the end of the quarter, but I’m praying.

It annoys me because the teacher put ten questions on the test. Miss one and your score drops by a letter grade.

Okay, so I managed to bomb two pop quizzes (50% on both). I have never been so frustrated in my life - so far I failed 3 (and maybe a 4th one b/c I didn’t so feel so confident about it) things within the last 10 days. :(. I’m praying for at least a B in that class.

I don’t know what’s happening to me all of the sudden - this is weird.
