Either having to do morning detentions for tardies, which aren’t really awful but if there’s one way to punish me it’s to make me wake up early, or getting a bunch of demerits (meaningless conduct points) and 4 detentions for skipping class. The teacher I skipped class for was forced to give me full credit on the paper though, and my immaturity was rewarded entirely. I made sure my teacher knew I looked at it that way.

In elementary school I had to sit out during recess once or twice, though that probably wasn’t as bad as the time I had to write my name 100 times because I forgot to put it on my paper.

^^Omg, morning detentions would kill me. Idk how they actually get you to go to school earlier. x.x

In first grade I got recess taken away for 2 weeks because I punched a girl in the face. She had bit my friend, so I thought it only fair to hit her.

& in high school I’ve gotten Indoor Suspension a few times… For uniform violation, being late, and getting kicked out of class lol. My school is really stupid, they punish you for being 5 mins late by making you miss an entire day or more of class.

Mine was a double detention for genuflecting on the wrong knee at church! Haha I was in fourth grade got confused about left and right :(

i had to help clean out the cafeteria in 5th grade because my corn muffin crumbled and some of it got on the floor. some ******* of a lunch monitor made me stay after

I’ve never had detention. I got sent to the office once for insulting a teacher about her lesson, saying that it was boring, repetetive, and that we had learned it every year since the 4th grade so everyone who wanted to know already did and that she needed to stop wasting my time. I had several run ins with that teacher (She was a super-vocal, very intolerant, conservative Christian, who didn’t really care for my views). My parents disliked her as well.

I also had to write an essay over respect and tactfulness because I very crudely insulted an annoying, gay-bashing kid in our school, in front of my English teacher.
