Subjective:
Essays: Offbeat and pretty unique, I think.
Recs: Decent.
Interview: I think I'll do well.

I would include the seven extracurriculars that mean the most to you, but the common app encourages you to put additional extracurriculars (the ones that didn't fit) into the extra info section, so you'll be able to include all of your extracurriculars.

Thanks.

Bump.

You have a good list, but it's reach and match-heavy -- no safeties?

I didn't put my safeties on there. Just the more selective schools I'm applying to.

Food Appreciation Club, first time I heard of that. Cool.

I predict you'll get into Rice ED. You would get into WashU ED but regular will be harder. Brown is hard for almost everyone. You'll probably get into Carleton and Tufts regular.

Mr. Womble must post his resume on here for the 100000th time. God.

:D hehe

(No one other than the op should respond to this post.)

all are safeties/matches for you
gl .

I agree with sars. You should aim for some reaches, your stats are very good!

Oh come on, Karen, this is only the second time. And it's legitimate because my stats are much different than before.

And I don't want to aim for "higher reaches". These are the schools I'd want to attend. Thanks for all the comments so far though.

ToastWomble: I think you have a great list, right-on-target, and if you genuinely would like to attend all of them, there's really no reason to add other reaches you aren't as interested in. Bravo!

Thanks. (10 char)

Bump......

I would totally suggest Carleton, I live in Minnesota, and have visited the campus a lot and I love it! It is a great little school.

Well, I definitely plan on applying to Carleton. It's my 2nd or 3rd choice. I haven't visited yet, though I think I will in September.

bump......;

You are an outstanding applicant.

Honestly, I couldn't see any reason why Rice wouldn't want you to be part of the Class of '12. I think you could get a very good merit scholarship too.

One last bump.
