<p>You will have a much better chance if you apply ED at Penn as they take 50% of their students this way and thanks to SCEA at Princeton, Harvard, Yale and Stanford those students are not in the Penn ED pool but many will apply for RD at Penn afte rbeing deferred/rejected at those schools.</p>
