Worth getting chemical engineering masters?

Are people ever limited by having ONLY a bachelors degree?

Is it worth getting a chemical engineering masters degree?

I am contemplating graduate school, and I was wondering for anyone currently in industry (Exxon, Chevron, etc), is it hard to transition out of work life to get a masters later on. Is there room for advancement without a masters?

When you’re getting the amount they pay chemE’s, might be a bit hard :D

if ibankers at bulge bracket can leave their job to get their MBAs despite their pay, pretty sure chemE can do that too…considering chemE gets paid peanuts compared to an ibanker in a regular year

A good MBA can significantly raise your salary, but a chemical engineering masters may not. Someone more knowledgeable in the field would know.

Bump. I have this question too and am wondering if anyone else could share some insight/personal experience.
