<p>DEFINITELY apply. DEFINITELY DO NOT take the SAT again. They don't look at the SAT for transfer students.</p>
<p>3.45 outa state? hmmm id say its a reach [esp if you don't have any EC/leadership/volunteerwork]. the degree of the reach will vary by major. what major are you considering at UCLA?</p>
